In the event that a child needs to take an extended absence, such as summer break, maternity leave, etc. and wishes to return to the program after a period of time, a written notice needs to be put in the vacation notebook. Also, a non - refundable fee of $125.00 per month per child must be paid before the leave begins. (or portions thereafter, i.e.; $375.00 due for summer break) This rate is non- negotiable and will not be prorated due to a middle of the month end/start date. If at anytime the client decides to terminate services during the extended absence period the extended absence fee is non-refundable. The leave of absence must be approved by the Director and cannot be guaranteed.
